Glimpses of Markapur

Markapur District is a place of paradoxes. On one side, this place boasts of being the birthplace of legendary freedom fighters, literary stalwarts, and many politicians. Yet, this district remains one of the most backward regions of the state, struggling with severe poverty, illiteracy, and extreme drought.

We continuously reach out to needy tribal villages to uplift poor and neglected communities. JLM is actively providing health services for pregnant women, support for anemic children, and access to safe drinking water across villages by establishing borewells and water storage systems. In critical areas, we also construct overhead water tanks along with necessary borewell facilities.

The Importance of Education

Education is not just about acquiring knowledge; it is a fundamental right and a powerful tool for social and economic development. Sadly, many children in these rural and tribal areas are deprived of this basic right due to poverty, lack of resources, and limited access to quality education.

How We're Making a Difference
  1. Educational Support: Providing financial assistance and learning materials to underprivileged children to ensure they can attend school regularly.
  2. Health & Nutrition: Supporting pregnant women and anemic children with essential healthcare services and nutrition programs.
  3. Water Facilities: Installing borewells, water storage tanks, and overhead water systems to provide safe drinking water in rural communities.
  4. Village Outreach: Regularly visiting tribal and remote villages to identify needs and implement development initiatives.
  5. Community Development: Empowering local communities through awareness programs, infrastructure support, and sustainable development efforts.
